Therapeutic Massage /Deep Tissue
Targets muscles knots and scar tissue focuses on contracted muscle that are restricting range of motion due to injury can include hot stones, trigger point pressure release, cupping, active stretching.
The goal of this type of massage is to release chronic and acute tension and reintroduce range of motion. Injuries or built-up stress reduce blood flow and create restrictions, this treatment release tension allows for natural flow.
Massage Restorative
Focus is on relaxation to restore lymphatic and blood flow to the body brings about a sense of deep restoration of the body and mind.
Includes a blending of techniques to increase relaxation focus is on the central nervous system to promote relaxation, this treatment is most effective for reducing anxiety and tension, excellent for helping with better sleep, can include hot stones, cupping.
Cranial Sacral Therapy
CST is a gentle hands on energy work that releases tensions, trauma, and blocks to relieve pain and promote energy to flow harmoniously to restore the body and mind to optimal condition.
Focus is on releasing restrictions of the cranial bones, spine and sacrum as well the dural fascia around the brain and spinal cord. This is very beneficial for the central nervous system as well as the whole body and mind.
This is done fully clothed on a massage table.
Cranial Sacral Massage Therapy
CST energy holds are combined with relaxation massage gentle long strokes and energy is focused on areas where blocks and contractions are held in the body.
If you have old traumas this method is very effective for releasing on a very deep subtle level.
Reiki
A Japanese form of energy healing a technique called palm healing can be placed on the body or above the body. Energy is focused on the chakra system and auric filed blocks are cleared and energy is returned to enhance the natural flow.
Reiki is translated as universal life force energy connecting more deeply with this energy can accelerate healing of any type. This is done fully clothed on a massage table.
Cord Cutting
Empowering experience that clears attachments created from both individuals to restore and transform the relationship. Clears past connections, trauma, blocks and enhances the relationships you choose to continue.

Chakra Balancing
Attention is on the seven main chakras and the subtle body/ auric field, techniques are used to release blocked chakras, clear stagnant energy, rebuild chakras to reestablish a harmonious state with in. All seven layers of auric field are addressed and seven chakras.

Transformational Energy Medicine Session
Combined techniques specific to your individual needs, focus is on getting free from where and what you feel you is holding you back. Gain clarity for your next step in your evolution. May include cord cutting, chakra balancing, cranial sacral, Reiki, coaching.

Thai Massage active stretching
Assisted and applied stretching similar to restorative yoga, yoga movements including gentle stretching to increase range of motion, release contracted muscle groups. Gentle pressure is applied to meridians to create energetic flow.
If you have been sitting for long periods, this is a great way energy moving in hips and low back. If you have been at a computer for long periods, this is very effective in opening the chest and upper regions of the back and neck. If you would like to move with more ease this treatment is allows for flexibility and ease of movement. This is done on a matt similar to doing yoga
